Products should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Innerwear, customized products, and clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

4. Exchanges:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a replacement free of cost.
